King Neptune's Pirate Lounge    The pirate lounge in the King Neptune Restaurant is as lively as its proprietor, Barnard Carroll, who did the research to accurately identify all the pirate flags in the room. Buddy's Crab & Oyster Bar Newly located on Salisbury Street behind Johnnie Mercer's pier. A second floor gives views of the ocean and stays crammed with summer transients, old-time residents and former yuppies who traded burnout for beachcombing. Festooned with ships' lanterns, pulley blocks, bells, life rings, hundreds of business cards, photos and (so it's said) a 16th-century Seminole dugout, Buddy's also has a jukebox choked with 2,000 attitude-improving songs.
